Hello. A friend of mine is making a low (as in Zero) budget zombie movie.

I suggested that he use beer barrel song during a scene where characters are driving in a car.

Can you tell me if the song is copyrighted?

Would you allow him to let you use your version in the movie.

It's just a cheesie show call Wisconsin Project X.

The song would be so perfect. But he has no money to pay for using it.
