I really like this video as it shows the typical journey of a person who's starting out. In my experience i found that when first starting my journey, i would often go too far into borderline sleazy, which is normal as it gets you out of that comfort zone of being passive to dominance. But then easing off to 'just right' once i've become more comfortable and at ease with myself.

It's then that you realise just how easy it is and how women aren't any different to us :)
