  • How was the texture after? I have mixed hair & it's relaxed, I tried blowdying it & it was reallyy rough & nothing like when I put the rollers in.

  • What type of blow dryer is that? I need to invest in a good one. :) love your vids

  • your very beautifull

  • love it

  • you have long beautiful hair :)

  • awww he's soo cute!

  • is your hair heat trained/?

  • Hello,

I did that and i love it,

is it consitdered direct heat, is it safe enough to do it every week. My hair is much manageable after doing that

  • @sweetbee06 Blow-drying is considered "indirect" heat.

  • You may also want to think about not blow drying at all. I do my own hair now in between relaxers. I wash, let it air dry then flat iron. No blow dryer at all. Don't be a slave to heat styling. Just a suggestion.

  • @GlamourousG isn't flat ironing heat styling?

  • LMAO @ "forget about it" That had hit home for me. I was drying my hair without tension and it looked a matted mess. So glad you set me straight! LOL!

  • What type of dryer is that you are using?

  • I've always dreaded getting my hair blow dried.I think I might try it sometime now that I've started to take care of my own hair. Check out my videos sometime :)

  • where did you get your blow dryer comb

  • Pretty! Lol that baby is so cute. I love how he just appeared at the end.

  • Your baby is adorable!

  • Its so hard to do Hair with a Baby LOL!

  • how do u blowdry a reall afro like a michael jackson afro i try and i cant get it

  • Hey girl, I blow dry my hair using this method. Have you ever experinenced little frizzy hair at the roots?

  • your hair is so pretty :)

  • Amazing...I just did this today but without the comb attachment. I simply pulled each (small) section taut and waved the blow-dryer over it and then just quick-hit the ends enough to keep them from coiling up. Your way makes more sense from a cuticle perspective. :)

  • how did u section ur hair? because i'm completey lost, u twist it then wrap it around?

  • @Shadowmist: I think what she (crownofHisglory) did was put her loose hair in large sections, each of which she wrapped into a single coil, unwrapped one coiled section to blow-dry it, then twisted and rewrapped the blow-dried section to get it out of the way. The last segment happens to show her blow-drying her entire head of loose hair. HTH...

  • I cant use a comb... my hair is too thick. what do you think I should do instead?

  • aww your baby playing in his mommy's hair.. he so cutee..

  • Your way of blow drying really worked wonders for my hair. I never thought of protecting the ends when i did it. I also used the Jane Carter line and my hair LOVES it. Thanks for this video.

  • nice. ur son is so adoradble

  • GOOD IDEA!

  • very clever, I never use tension while blowdrying...probably why it takes longer...and good idea for protecting the ends...thanks!!

  • thank you for this video...I have tried BD'g my hair before and it didn't look good. You just nailed it as to why!! Thank you!

  • Thanks great video! I have been trying to figure out how I am going to blow dry my hair.

  • Ok, that was almost too short. Your hair looked so lovely I wanted to see more of your results! What a great method. And like someone else said, you do make it look easy. Your son is such a cutie! :-)

  • Your hair is very beautiful.

  • Great vid...your son is so cute helping you do your hair lol

  • great method! when my hair grows, I will try this:)

  • WOW very cute!

  • wow, you make it look so easy!

  • your son is getting so biggg.

  • I'll have to try this technique.

  • Thanks for the tip! Question: When you blow dry on the low heat setting is the air setting adjusted to high or low? Your son is such a doll!

  • Your hair looks amazing and you little helper was cute!

  • right now i'm in the process of combing out my dreadlocks...at first i was kinda skeptical about heat on my natural hair... but i think i might give this a try... this seems like a rather safe method to get my hair stretched so i can mix up my styles a little bit... GREAT VID! THANX

  • Your son is so cute. He looked like he was helping you with your hair. lol... That's a good way to blow dry the hair.
