  • nice vid but i think you should have adjusted the brightness on both devices to match...

  • *facepalm* You do realize the screen dims in a dark room.... not related to quality

  • i have autodim turned off, i use powermanager pro instead

  • "does that not rotate....???" hahaha iphone is peasant shit now :)

  • lol, i dont normally use a iphone so i just assumed it would rotate... guess not haha

  • i dont know about you but almost all of my youtube browsing from a mobile phone is done on 3g, i understand att has issues with heavy bandwith but im not usually on WIFI, so this test is for people who are like me, using there 3g for viewing youtube the way the phones are designed to be able to do

  • Yeah the am oled screen looks sick on the nexus, had a omina HD and the colours really pop, only problem is outdoors, visibility wasnt great. Hang on idea for a video, if its not too much hassle draggin your camera out, i would like to know what its like to use outside, you could always just tell us if its difficult, we will believe you, unlike them twats at engadget and their nexus review.

  • ill go outside shortly and shoot a vid from outside :D

  • Is the nexus screen redish, not properly white ballanced? Coud you compare screens max brightnes, and some white screens like google internet start page?

  • yeah ill try to do that later today, no problem

  • Thnx

  • Thanx, that was some fast answer. Now I'm one step closer to buy one :)

    How about speaker loudness-quality?

  • well imo the iphone has a nice speaker, but the nexus one is equal, however the earphones + the iphone (stock white ones) vs the nexus one with its included earphones - i like the audio QUALITY of the nexus better, while both seem as loud as each other

  • Is that the maximum brightness on nexus?

If so, than I must say it is poor :(

  • no its actually the opposite, this is the dimmest it can go

i have powermanager pro install and have it set to dim my screen when not plugged in at the moment, havnt had time to tweak those settings

the nexus one's screen brightness is as bright or brighter than the iphone
