It wasn't really a side project, it just had Jun Senoue the guitarist from Crush 40 playing, he was also the Sound director for SA1, SA2, Heroes and Shadow.

I never really liked that song, sounded too kiddy, BUT it does had the amazing Tony Harnell singing!!!
