You can tell from the actual spray it wasnt true OC. It was a foam that came out of the bottle. Also, his reaction to the water would have been differant. He would have loved the water until it stopped. Water reactivates it. In other words, if his reaction was that bad then his reaction to pulling his head out from under the faucet should have been just as bad

That was Oleoresin Capsicum. 17%. Said so right on the can. In my limited one time only experience, water helped alot, but maybe that's just me and my mutant eyes.

Instead, pat the crap off and stand in front of a fan.

If you do use water, you're going to want a big bucket of the stuff and lots of baby shampoo.

And civilian pepper spray cannot beat Oleoresin Capsicum. This guy was like "ow, get me to a sink" where as if you would have used OC spray, he would be curled up on the ground crying like a newborn child.

At least, that's what happened to myself and the 120 other people that got sprayed with me that day.

Pepper spray IS OC and vice versa.

There are a lot of cheap pepper sprays sold in the retail marked, and some decent ones like Sabre's larger cans.

The best OC I've ever used is Fox Labs 5.3mil SHU, and even that's available to civilians.
