  • I dont agree. See, embraer sells more airplanes than bombardier..embraer is the 4th biggest airplane manufacturer in the world..if embraer was not good, it would not sell a lot of planes.

  • lol. ok, aureliosjc, if Embraer is 4th who the fuck is 3rd. Fokker, ATC? LMAO. And leo940 is right. My uncle works for Air Canada as a mechanic. Him and his friends call them the E180 because every time they take off they need to turn around for maintenance.

  • @jackgrocks - You're right in some parts, they really call them E180, but this was in the begininng of the e-jets. Many mistakes were solved, it's safer now. The only problem is the eletrical part, but it's not serious, just some false caution alarms. The e-jets still being comfortable and safe for flying.

  • Brazilian airplanes are the best, don't you?? I'm work at Embraer few years ago, I'm very sad to left that company... I got move to the new city, for new job (the payment are better). But it's very sad to me... Is the life!

  • Yes, the E190 is equipped with auto throttle. You can fly using the A/T down to 50ft.

  • Good video there! I was wondering as I fly the Legacy and it does not have A/T so the hand has to be on the throttle on approach to change the thrust settings accordingly. I notice that both hands are on the yoke so does that mean that the EMB 190 has A/T?
