After awhile when these things get big enough they start to smell. One thing to try before slicing is to take a shower as hot as you can handle with the water aimed on the cyst for at least 10 minutes. Repeat each time you shower preferably 1-2 times a day. Squeeze/apply pressure on the cyst and it will soon release fluid. Takes at least several weeks but hopefully will dissolve back into your body.
