This was the first set I ever got. I was about six and my Dad built it for me. I remember clearly dropping it in my Grandmother's house and it smashed to tiny pieces! My Dad wouldn't build it again seeing that it took him an eternity on that Christmas morning!

I one of the guys who much prefers the older sets. Back before every set had like 20 different bespoke bricks that could only be used for ONE thing. I much prefer the creative use of the more normal bricks that lego used to do.

Here in Brazil we pay, average, .50 "brazilian cents" per piece with dollar worthing something around 1.75 Reais (brazilian currency); down here, Lego is WAY more expensive than there, unfortunatelly.

Two of this set hinged open and back to back would be cool! You could say it'd effect the playability though and you'd need to flip the hinges around so they wouldn't butt up against each other I think. Also I think if this is anything to do with Robin Hood, the guy with the black bib and spear is probably meant ot be Little John - if I got the name right, it's an ironic one 'cause he's that gang's big guy.
