When a horse reaches 5 it is usually fully grown and a 15.1 hand horse should be able to easily jump that and higher. I also think you should practice your technique too... But on the other hand at least you got the guts to jump :)

@chestnutchick1 actually it can take as long as 7 years for your horse to stop growing.

and i think before you start telling others to practice their technique, you should upload some vids of yourself riding first :) then we can give you two 'subtle' backhanded sentences then a smiley face to make everything better :D
