It seems RTN has stumbled. I agree with @thtsumbs - Chris and David were on a roll. I know Chris is going crazy doing his tv program that will air soon, but it seems to have come at a cost. At the very least, Chris should have appeared here with Richard to introduce him, and let us all know what's going on. RTN had great potential; I hope they can get it back on track.

@KellanK20 weight should co-relate to the height. It is the body fat that you should cut back, not the weight.

@KellanK20 - 150 seems too extreme. I"m 6', at 180, with some muscle. I think maybe 165 or 170 might be better.
