  • sloppy job on first method and you didnt develope that technique, my grandfather has used it for 50+ years

  • @CanadianOutdoors this guy doesnt know how to work around the bones without having cuttin the bones off. i can do a better job filletin walleye.  the 2nd part of this just shows how rookies do it.

  • Sounds like this guy had minimal teaching and had to figure out how to fillet on his own. Thus thinking he pioneered the common way to fillet walleye. Sloppy work, :(

  • you can get the meat on the ribs the first way, you just didn't do it right. you have to roll your knife down as your cutting on the ribs.
