pciex3 speedup= bullshit 2.0 isn't a limiting videocards (that use the most of bandwidth) yet, even the top videocards lose 1-2% performance in pciex 2.0 8x :DDD so pciex 3.0 now= pram with spoiler.
UEFI have serious improvements over old BIOS... and now nothing used out from them just those shiny interfaces...
