It should be obvious to even the most brain dead (except possibly Palin supporters) that this clip is highly edited. The entire talk from which this was snipped was over an hour. The title says "Remix" it's obvious it's an example of creative use. Do you GOP drones want your ability to parody Obama cut? No? Then you support Lessig!
