  • it hurts ........ ahhhhhhhhhhhbut thanks for the video

  • brill thx

  • *are

  • You e very pretty!

  • is it normal my fingers hurt when doing this?

  • @parfumfashion The first couple of times, your fingers do feel a little raw because the friction between the thread and your fingers. But after a while, just like the pain from plucking or threading, it doesn't hurt anymore!

  • @AlissaLovesMakeup thank u for your reply :)

  • Your cute(:

  • Im guna try it today but people are like it hurts!! Ur probally doing it wrong...ive seen people do this in the mall and no one seems uncomforable

  • @MisaMisuMajide That's because you can't just start crying in front of everybody...Just kidding...It hurts just that moment...After five or six seconds the ''pain'' is gone!!

  • Thank you for taking the mystique out of this method with your very simple, concise video, just what I needed :) It doesn't hurt btw for all of you out there wondering, it's a kind of prickly feeling which does make your eyes water but it lasts split seconds , it can't be classed as pain unless you're hyper sensitive to pain... and the faster you can do it the less you feel it

  • its worse than plucking!

  • IT HURTS!!! my eyes are crying!!

  • Pretty

  • does it hurt?? T-T i dun want to be in pain

  • @JasleneSee no its just a slight pinch.

  • @Barcevas I thread about once a month, sometimes twice. Whenever I notice hair growing in. And nope, my upper lip is not dark at all!

  • thx!finally sometime good! you should make more tutorials on more beauty stuff

  • hi there! firstly, i want to let you know, you look very cute and beautiful :) i know that if you remove you facial hair it will grow longer and thicker, is that right? :S

  • @SuperDictionar not really. we are just plucking it out. we are not doing anything to make the hair shaft thicker in diameter, if that makes any sense. sometimes it might look like its thicker when it grows out because its a stump and we did not pluck that hair out completely and left the root in the pore...i hope i didnt confuse you more.

  • @sj1605 no, you didn't :) i tried threading and it works! thank you!

  • Def going to try this thankx you make it look so easy

  • Love it! Thank you! My cousin once showed me how to do it but I couldn't get it quite right.

    P.S: You're really pretty :)

  • Thank u..its work!!

..so so cute.. soon, alissa, u should make tutorial for your everyday skincare..

  • @TheMia9999 My everyday skincare isn't worth making a video of, hahahahaha! All I do is wash my face every morning with Cetaphil (the one in the big pump container) and moisturize with Seriously Shine Free moisturizer. At night I wash with Cetaphil again and then moisturize with Yes To Carrots C Through The Night Moisturizer.

  • @AlissaLovesMakeup no wonder u look beautiful.. ^^, thank

  • @ReEsEsPiEcEs815 A Thousand Miles (Cover) by Sail by the Stars

  • can u apply Vaseline? wen the hair grows back, do they grow back thinker/darker or no?

  • thank yu so much!!! this really works!:D

  • Thanks

  • Best threading video I've seen yet! Simple, quick, and easy to do. Thanks!

  • its goood and i'll try it

  • ahhh this was a great demo, but this is my first time threading and it hurts a lot! I can barely get my hair out! You have any ideas how to decrease the pain?!

  • what do you do to reduce the pain?

  • @MegaCoolPink You can periodically apply ice to wherever you are threading to numb the pain, that's what I did when I first started out plucking my eyebrows. Eventually, it comes down to how much you thread. If you do it often enough you won't even feel any pain! I say that it is definitely worth it and the pain is something you can get over :)

    - Alissa

  • This is a brill demo - thanks!

  • I watched loads of videos on how to thread my eyebrows and I tried it and I got to say it isn't as painful as I thought!

  • you look so cute <3

    thank you

  • I am doing it myself and boy does it hurt...I actually sneezed...and my eye go watery..lol I am such a wimp but it works!

  • You are so pretty :)

  • awesome you should check out the Helix ThreadEase!!! It works amazing!!

  • you're so cute

  • how long does it last?

  • I love that your video is quick and to the point! All instructional videos should be like this :) thanks for posting.

  • And.. Does it remove lots of hair at once? Like, do i have to do it for a long time before all the hair is gone?

  • @Devilicous911 if you twist the string more so that parts bigger it relativly takes out quite a lot of hair.

  • When the hair comes out, does it come out thick?

  • Does it hurt? Like i usually wax but i am strugling with the pain! So im trying new ways to remove my lip hair! Jw about the pain!?!?!

  • @cocobunz123 It does hurt at first (about the equivalent of waxing) but since making this video, I have gotten used to it. I also like it more than waxing because you have the option of just stopping if you get really uncomfortable... but waxing, once the strip is on, you just have to go with it, you know? So overall, I would recommend threading over waxing, though it does hurt at first! Hope this helped :)

  • damn she is so damn cute!!

  • Thank you. You made this look easy. I picked up on it quickly..

  • Thank you so much for this. By far the easiest and best one I have seen so far! :)

  • this was by far the best and easiest threading video yet!!! And it was the cutest.... thanks!

  • thank you :)

  • great tutorial. i love how its only 1 min 24 secs. others make it sooooo long and boring. i like ur eyebrows btw :)

  • I'm so gonna try this :P btw what song is that?

  • @StephFerRealz That song is A Thousand Miles (Cover) by Sail by the Stars :)

  • Thanks! very helpful!

  • I loved your video! The ending was funny lol
