  • It all just flows along so fluid and perfectly

  • @77nova454 Thanks..hey...I have a coat...that needs the sleeves taken in ? Just the job for an 'Old Singer ' ? No...don't don't answer 77...lol...

  • Wonderful tribute !

Words , images and music are perfect :)

  • @lazmalt Thank you for YOUR nice words..

  • Just around the corner? So close....

  • @andrewnorris2 Bethnal Green is next to Mile End...walking distance...yes...!!

  • Terrific tribute - your quiet thoughts interspersed with the words and music of the song. Quiet, cold beach, almost solitary walk in the early afternoon... and the bird.....yeah.

  • @thizizliz Thanks Liz...you've seen that Beach before.in the vid Footsteps...or whatever it was called...?? Can't even remember my own vids..B de Lawd.

  • ...so there lies the great albatross weary of his flight, washed ashore at your feet and brought to life again, nurtured by your kind heart and hands that picked him up for all to see and hear!...thanx kristine, nice video, lovely music

  • @TheLyricalsquirrel Haha,,,Lyrical Squirrel is right...you almost wrote a poem there...Re Steff...I forgot that i got a thing from youtube saying this was banned in Germany because of copyright...but I thought that if you had it just as background...which I did ...it did not count...firstly the quality is poor..and it is also spoken over...don't understand how these things work...but never mind. Thanks for your words...

  • What a beautiful tribute. As Steven says, your voice flows magnificiently with the music.

  • @Perroquet51 And the music surely flows magnificiently Perr.....!

  • I member those days ... when Fleetwood Mac didn't have girls -- heh ... tasteful tribute, K -- and the bird was meant to be, it seems, so you could have it for a symbol of him who flew and fell.

  • @liz1060 Yes...I think the bird...the beautiful bird...lying gracefully with head turned...is very right in this little trib. Thanks Liz.

  • I was in London in the 70s.

Thanks for the lovely video with that great song.

  • @jimisru Thanks jimisru...it is a great song.

  • Wow K...that was brilliant...this song is one of my desert island discs and has been for yonks. Peter Green sadly suffered from schizophrenia and became a recluse for over 20 - 30 years [? an awful long time, anyway]. He gave up playing and gave his guitar to Gary Moore. Sadly, Gary passed on just today 07/02/11! He has a brilliant album tribute to Peter [Blues for Greenie] in which he does a great version of this song. Peter returned to playing with the Splinter Group and has released 9 albums.

  • @gypsyjazzer Thanks Gypsy...appreciate your comments...and will seek out that Blues for Greenie Album....strange Gary passed away today...shiver...

  • Fantastic editing on this video!!! Your voice sounds very complementary to the song. The sounds effects were just enough....plus, it took me back to a time in your personal past. (you must have your creative groove back) @the dead bird...you just have to throw something dark in, don't you? lol -Steve-

  • @OceanTownPictures Thanks Stephano...it is a great song...and btw...the bird HAPPENED to be on the beach...I did not WITCH it there...! lol....it looked beautiful and fittingly majestic...and relevant ...I thought.

  • @xyzllii The bird was fine....lol It's all part of your creative charm Kristine. The footage actually gave it a grand exit and now will be captured forever in digital time and space. :) -Steve-

  • Beautiful Tribute to one of the greats! I love that about music...it's the sound track of our lives and hearing the music can instantly transport us back in time. :-)

I think Peter Green is now a schizophrenic (brought on from too much acid, (like what happened to Sid Barrett). He might be touring again now. I think I heard something about him getting things back together to play again, but I'm not positive about that...

  • @GreatGig1 Indeed GG...and it is in that sense...I ask what happened...cos we all new others who walked into that Den...and never came out the same...tragic.

  • Wonderful images on the beach---and the dog bark. I can breathe in the sea air. Great vid.

  • @Idlinfarm Thanks Ida...I love that song...
