hey jay just some tips you kinda are going to have to eat radiated food because the only things that arn't radiated that u can use to heal is ice cold nuka cola [ need to buy nuka cola machine ], stimpaks [ cost some caps and aren't that many, and purified water which is hard to find.

Tiny tip just in case you didn't know. But if you crouch before using VATS your accuracy, and therefore the chances of hitting the enemy in the right spot, increases by like 20%. Great that you like this game so much. Good Luck.

In the bottom left corner there is a little marker underneath the compass-- that shows you where to go to complete the current quest you're on. I'm pretty sure you know this by now, but just in case... ^_^
