@mullet559 then it was a x320 for about 330€, 1,6 ghz = x340 for about 399€ and a x360 comes with a intel core i5 1,86ghz for about 920€ the i5 supports multitasking

In Japan this computer cost about 400 bucks which is very cheap. Is it true that the keyboard sink when typing. Ive been wondering if that is bad/good in a long run.

this has an C2S, mac has better video card and a C2D, and its way thinner and from aluminium, so its stronger, you have backlid keyboard and i can go longer with more things this thing dont have...

load up mac os x in this thing...voila....cheap Macbook air.... i hate those macbook which are too expensive for nothing...why pay more if you can choose other alternative? choose x-slim and install legal copy of mac os x or get the kalyway,iatkos or whatever they called ...

Exactly. MSI winds worked great for installing osx, so if this thing works well it will be a friggan macbook air clone :)

it's a gorgeous computer! If I hadn't just picked up the MSI WInd U120 netbook, I might have saved longer and picked up this beauty. MSI Makes beautiful products. As long as we don't expect them to operate exactly like a higher end system, then everything is fine. Wasn't long ago when cheap computers just looked cheap!

hey bro calm down cd drives are still useful like if you need to install a os on a computer i would rather use a cd then just a mounted iso on a flash disk, hell some of my friends still use floppy disks for flashing bios's and shit like thet

but Ex drive dont works aslong as they are connected to usb.they just dont boot up.and 2nd first u need the drivers to be installed.

Some computers boot from external USB drives I wouldn't buy a computer without an optical drive that didn't boot from external

No they don't. It comes up right in the bios, there is NO installation for all ex drives I've used.
