Pretty amazing speed and strength to use those shields so fast.
The Shields that Sifu had at his kwoon, were made of Thick Steel and were approximately 20lbs a piece. Just a quick FYI...to anyone wondering.
That is, unless sifu Lam has a lighter set of Tiger Head Shields lying around.....
