I think he used what i belive its called a magnetic agitator! (if that's the right word for it)... It's a little metal pill: u put it inside the bottle and u place the bottle over a magnetic platform! when u turn the plataform on the little metal pill starts spinning... i think it's used in labs and stuff, u know, to mix things...

mabye he spun the bottle around so it formed a whirlpool. Then held up the bottle changed the angle so you didnt see him spin the bottle....
