Careful with triple C's. They contain Chlorpheniramine which is a serotonin reuptake inhibitor, which combined with DXM can cause serotonin syndrome in large amounts. CPM is also toxic in high doses. However, I've found that taking a small amount of Triple C's with any other pill that contains *only* DXM actually creates a more euphoric high without the chance of causing serotonin toxicity.
