  • 'Never before in the history of Human conflict, has so much been owed by so many, to so few.'

  • Beautiful, thank you. Who was the singer?

  • @rcticfox1 the singer is Enya - unmistakable sound - don't know the song title...

  • those who make peaseful revolution imposible will make vilont revoloution inevitable

  • Whaw,I have no words...verry beautifull put together...whaw thank you to all the Warriors

  • While I deaply respect the sacrfice any soldier goes through in act of duty , I feel we must question and be very aware that the very act of war "blinds us" to our humanity and question the "Mechanism" of war at the root level , Many films like the Sci-fi fantasy Avatar atempt to show this "Mechanism' in all is primal detail yet like in the past we as a people fail to question our actions yet again , there will allways be cases where self defence is justified but "revenge" is bad virtue

  • Wow I am humbled by this what a wonderful tribute

  • Pour défendre qui ou quoi et de qui ou de quoi, en tout cas Respect à vous il y a des gens bien partout.

    Bisous

  • In the world today the enemy lies with the Governments and their greedy coporate finaciers. The false pretext for war in the name of peace is a lie, those that fight in Afganistan and Iraq fight for the monopoly of earths resources for a greedy few rather than peace and freedom for all. Most of the young solidiers that fight often have little choice due to their circumstances within a corrupt society ..They are in one sense forced upon the battle ground .That is the real crime of war !

  • This touched me so deeply. Thank you.

  • Kudos. Excellent video. Just today I read an account of the recovery, identification and recent burial, at Arlington, of a helicopter crew missing since 1965 in Vietnam. Their unit was A Co. 229th AHB, 1st Cav. Div. Welcome home, my brothers, and RIP.

  • I recently went to Washington DC to see the Wall of heroes, I looked for hours finding one name, i found it but my heart sank that what my step father said was true, my dad had died in the Vietnam War, i know you fought with your heart and valor dad, your in a better place now.

  • @ploopyslop Our Blessing and Gratitude to your father, and our prayer to you for comfort and peace.

    Much Metta,

    HH Team

  • @ploopyslop From the bottom of my heart thank you

  • I recently went to washington to visit the wall of the fallen, what i was looking for was there, but i wished it wasnt only because it was true that my biological dad had really died in the Vietnam War, dad i know you served with your heart, courage and valor.

R.I.P John Baladeer father of Zain Baladeer and beloved husband of Isabelle Baladeer Lest We Forget.

  • You did an awesome job. " Least we forget" are not just words of a refrain but should be a matter of heart. If these valiant souls stood tall the very least we can do is honor them as you did.

  • A warrior is a person who lives by heart and fight the fears with love, peace, acceptance, conciousness and understanding, not with weapons! What this short-movie is showing is soldiers, not warriors... We can not create peace with violence ever... Violence is always... ALWAYS... a result of fear, regardless intentions. Sanna - Sweden

  • @SannaNovaEmilia every soldier in this film is a warrior, violence is not the subject here, courage, selflisness and the willingness to give every mortal thing to protect your family, to free oppressed people to maintain a way of life in which freedom, courage, and selfliness can nurture and grow. your idea of a warrrior is someone that would allow barbarians to storm the gates of civilization and hand them flowers as they raped your women and enslaved your children,

  • @SannaNovaEmilia I agree. Its a shame we have to live in a world where people think that collateral damage is okay. That war is okay. That is the world we live in. We're proud that we killed someone else, an enemy, a father, a brother, a sister. When they probably grew up thinking the same thing about us. My family is all military and not one person feels good about doing it. No one should have to feel what they feel. And yet, its hard ... I'm just saying it's sad that the world we live in.

  • @SannaNovaEmilia Is that the view that made your country stand on the sidelines during WWII and even give aid to Nazi Germany? Who was it that ended one of the most murderous examples of tyranny in human history? Someone like you who declares all people involved in war are wrong or people who understand that force is justified when used to stop the initiation of force?

  • wow is so true and amazing!

  • path of the warrior... epic name..

and the video was so moving and wonderful.. god bless those innocent dead souls who sacrificed their life for the family..i'M sure god will have them revived

in heaven..i seriously, i wept tears when i saw the last 2 pics... awesome work

    rest in peace brave warriors

  • crawltoWALK . I am in agreement with you!

  • i was disappointed to see that your idea ~at least here~ of a Warrior is someone who kills others to help "win" a war.

    seriously???!!!

there are SOOO many other non-violent warriors i've witnessed in this world.

    i found this odd.

  • @crawltoWALK You are correct - there are many kinds of warriors in this world. Anyone willing to put their life on the line for their beliefs is a warrior. Please keep in mind that this particular video was created as a Memorial Day tribute to honor those that lost our lives in defense of others.

  • @crawltoWALK Which was it that ended one of the worst examples of tyranny in human history? Pacifists or Soldiers?

  • @sonrouge I think that to lay down your life for something that you believe in is admirable, but not awlays for the greater good. To peacefully accept death for a noble cause is beautiful, but to risk your life in attempts to kill others and propegate more violence is something that I imagine to be detramental. So yes, war can quickly end tyranny and suppresion, but it is also the reason why tyranny and opression continue to require defeating. This is my humble belief. Peace and God bless.

  • @crawltoWALK complete idiot its in human nature to destroy eachother, are you saying that if someone burst into your comfortable home and threatned your family and loved ones you would stand there and do nothing war and violence is human nature this coming from a proud atheist and supporter of are troops out there right now notice how i said troops and not war

  • :( I will be thankfull when wars are only played in video games.

  • This was so beautiful. My heart pains to think of our best and brightest being sent out to fight to the death because some ass in power wants to make a lot of money off of war. It turns those heroes into fools and that really rips my guts out.

What if they gave a war and nobody came? Simple. There would always be someone to flip a switch and we'd get manipulated and murdered systematically without them. It's not a fair world. Question all authority.

  • As long as we have different national interests, there will be conflicts. War is not the best way to solve them, and wise leaders understand this, but the world is not full of democracies. Reality is that war is at times necessary as long as there are tyrants and despots. Those who serve are not fools. Fools are those who think this world is Bunny Land and that nothing, even freedom, is worth fighting for. Lucky for you critics and others like you that others know better.

  • the true warrior is the one who conquers him/herself

  • @shadieqa1 BIG YES!!!

  • I try but simply cannot understand (or in any way glorify) people killing other people. We live in 21st Century and I believe we are more than capable to solve our problems without weapons. There are no winners in war.

  • @Hyrshau No it cant there can be no peace without war how do you think you get peace with war this has been going on for centuries and some people arent going to settle unless they are defeated the nazis werent going to stop until we crushed them and the Tailiban and Al Queda arent going to stop either

  • I agree with you. I am a 20 year US Marine. Marines want peace. We only fight because we have too. How do we make the rest of the world get along??

  • Thank you

  • "A nation is not conquered until the hearts of its women are on the ground. Then it is done, no matter how brave its warriors or strong its weapons. ~Cheyenne proverb

  • I know British and Americans appreciate much your words. God Bless all those who have been given new life by the sacrifice of the sons and daughters of freedom. The cost is high but the purchase worthwhile.

  • Thank you. Being a member of the armed forces, this really touched me.

  • De Oppresso Liber

  • Thank you, from a very little warrior who has gone home and taught me how to fight - for LOVE. God bless : )

  • As the wife of a retired Marine and mother of a Navy servicewoman, I thank you for posting this video and reminding us not only of the honor and sacrifice that our armed forces have made for their country, but also the responsibility and duty that their country has to only ask them to serve in the most honorable of intentions and not to take the decision to go to war lightly,

To all who have served or is currently serving, my heartfelt thanks and gratitude from my family to yours.

  • It's good to see that while the media seems against us, protestors picket, and it seems that we are forgotten - we aren't.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for this.

    Semper Fidelis

  • Never forgotten.

  • May all the lost souls find the way home and guide their loved ones to understand and heal. For a brigter future with no more wars to come...........Namaste

  • This was the second time I viewed this moving piece in threee days. I cried both times and could actually relive slogging through waist-deep water with my infantry platoon picking out (burning?) the leaches that got under your uniform and into your boots.

Thanks for such a document. It should be made available every Memorial Day.

  • You always come through with the best of blessings .. Namaste.

  • this is touching...i only hope the message gets through to people how much pain our society puts people through in the quest for freedom

  • Thanks for posting. 5 stars

  • Thank you for taking the time to prepare this beautiful video. I come from an all military family, with many generations of military members. I am grateful to all those that sacrifice not only their time, but their blood, and even their lives. Thank for for all you have done and continue to do to keep me and MY family safe. I love you all no matter who you are. I am grateful for all you have done.

  • Very moving

  • In the consuming battle fighting man's inhumanity to man, the shoulders of the soldiers are broad, they carry the responsibility of all we are asking them to do. May you all come home to the embrace of your nation and not the hostility of those who would belittle your task. From the UK to all the forces from the UK and those from the US who bearing such a burden I thank you and pray there will come a day when we can all live in peace throughout the world.

  • This is so very Moving-Made me cry-5*****

    Keep Smiling.
