The DVD does serve its purpose. As a Liu He Ba Fa lover, I would say that Sifu Liu bears the professional quality as a martial artist. The specialty of the art, water boxing, has been well demonstrated.
Overall, I appreciate the presentation of the contents including multiple angles, applications, interviews, etc. The DVD is of high quality, and of good value for beginners and professionals.
I would recommend the DVD to anyone who may find interest in Liu He Ba Fa.
