I think this song is about the mythos of the boogeyman complex these individuals have created. It's apparent that Lordi was inspired by horror themes and movies.

Iv nether seen nightmare on elm street, but to me Freddy looks like the Creepers brother, the Jokers uncle and apears to have some sort of blood conection with Kayako and Samara. The rising out of the bedsheet at the end would have definatly been Kayakos style.
