I've been watching Lost for the first time, and I just finished The Host. So, since Lost is so incredibly amazing, and obsession-worthy, I imagined some of the characters from The Host as actors from Lost and found that they fit surprisingly well. What I find really odd is that after seeing some of these videos, some agree with me: Ian Somerhalder is the PERFECT Ian. It's meant to be that their names are the same. And Evangeline Lilly makes a really good Melanie/Wanda, too. Great choices!

I don't think i want them to make The Host into a movie, though. It's so complicated and emotional... It doesn't belong onscreen. They made Twilight into a movie and it sucked. I'm afraid the same thing would happen with The Host. MAYBE it would work, if they had a really great cast.

this was one of the best books i have ever read in my entire life. it was incredible. for like 3 days i didnt put it down, except when i had to. i even read during class. my science teacher was the only one that let me read without interuption but thats only because im the best student in the class lol. i just dont like how Stephenie Meyer always makes the main character so self sacrificing to the point where you're like "NOOOO STOPPP!!!!"
