He's probably in Drop C... from the look of it, his capo is on the second fret. Either that, or I'm going blind and the capo is on the first fret, and he's tuned in Drop D.

Same chords (Em, C, G, G/F#) for the verses. He's not playing the correct chords for the chorus though... He messed up a few times... that chord progression is:

Gminor- then Em, then C
