star wars was also a code name for a plan regan had where he wanted to put nukes on satelites and space stations and moon bases so we can dominate from outerspace among other stuff something that looks like you would see in one of george lucas films hence why it was called star wars.
I guess thats what he is trying to do is relate that to many alien theories going on now.
