I was pleased with Kairi's voice in 1. Yes she sounded young, but that was the point. 14 they were, but they were still kids in heart. The didn't have much adversity in life (besides each other) until the night of the storm. They never needed to mature until the darkness swept them away. Kairi was a lot more playful in game 1, which works well with the young voice.

@fredfredburger06 YES! I knwo that, but in KH1, she sounded too young, and like she was just reading the lines, not acting for most of her lines. In KH2, she was a great actor, and sounded amazing, and the same age as Kairi,(15 in KH2, I believe) whereas, in KH1, she sounded so young, it got kinda annoying.

We all have our opinions, as we all should, its just when the opinions become over stated, or when they become too strong of an opinion for something so small, which is why I apoligize for getting so passionate(AKA insane) about Kairi. @ryaku5 Theyre in the same key, so it wouldnt be terribly hard. But the chord structure is different. If you were thinking of doing it, I'd throw in some Dearly Beloved to help the transition.
