A question , when i made something like that how i can make it working with computercraft (minecraft mod) ? put in computercraft folder and write da command in a computer? O_O!

@mondonem go to save as, and save as and put .lua after your file name(I had the same problem, it saved my file without extension so it wuld know how to run it)

I use it also, it is a very nice editor for Lua. Just Google "scite"

@Truttixpelailee trust me, this programming language is so simple that you should be able to write in it while asleep, now attaching it to C++, C# or Java on the other hand, that's pretty difficult

Lua is not a stand-alone language, it compiles to C, or is read by a program. Thus, it's a scripting language.

@soryy708 I know - your right. Keep in mind that this tutorial series was the first I created - it's when I first started learning Lua and when I'd just started video creation. I'll probably be re-doing my Lua series sometime in the near future (which should contain more up-to-date information and better teachings).

@eruclidom It's likely that you can't make any kinds of games purely with Lua - but using it in Eclipse and on Android is likely possible.
