bob long customer service is pretty cool. my g6r arrived last week in the mail but it didnt ship with the tadao board manual or a small pack of orings. called them up and told them and they are now shipping the 2.

Oh and btw! I'm also in Canada (maybe 1h30 from the US border) and what i'm gonna do when I buy the gun, is ship it to somewhere in the US near the border, then go pick it up by car. That way, no paperwork costs or more handling fees for going through the border.

Some barrels were also marked wrong from custom products who make the stock barrels. My barrel was marked .691 and was informed of this from Matt who said I could test it or have it replaced. Used a caliber measuring device at my local paintball shop and it was in fact a .685 that was simply marked wrong. Something you could maybe check on your own barrel to see if you now have two .685s.

@PapaWoodMafia Well i know for a fact my .691 (marked) barrell has a bigger bore than the .685 (marked) one. Whether they are perfectly accurate i dont know. I guess as long as the bores work for me, i dont really care :)

It's good to see that they were able to help you out even after all the trouble you had to go through to get it taken care of. Bigger companies could look to smaller ones like this to how customers should be treated.
