  • Again with the amazing compositions. My day keep getting better and better the more I hear these.

  • This actually sounds like a Jeremy Soule Dragon Battle Theme.

  • This song gives me the chills especially when it picks up at 1:01 . No, this was not a Skyrim pun/reference.

  • Great work! :)

  • As someone who also makes music, you have to consider how fast-paced fights are. This sounds more like cutscene music as a prelude to a fight rather than a hectic, action-packed encounter -- but to be honest, I have the same issues with much of Jeremy Soule's official music for the game. Way too much build up, not enough punch.

On the plus side, it does sound like it would fit in with the vanilla game.

  • I play the piano and I try making music like this, thank you for sharing your talent, its awesome :)

  • you make this music??????????

  • You are one talented SOB.

  • I actually like this better than some of the official ones!

  • Hnnnnng, I just LOVE orchestral pieces like this that use the same melody as the main theme but with a completely different feel.

  • Would be awesome battle music :-)

  • 999 views D:

  • Awesome, more please!

  • Wow another amazing track man! Keep producing

  • Both have 7 beat rhythms I think?

  • Anyone else feel like slaying a dragon now? :D

  • @chiffmonkey *Re-plays Mass Effect 2 to sate newfound urge for epic stuff*

  • @chiffmonkey Ironically enough, this track really reminds me of the Suicide Mission track ... of course, mixed with Two Steps from Hell's Love and Loss plus Jeremy Soule's awesomeness distilled into pure musical win.

  • @altmanstudios Same about Suicide Mission, it was JDR that has got me into learning a bit of composition and I've been doing Mass Effecty stuff. :)

  • @chiffmonkey I wouldn't mind slaying skeevers to this.

  • @Agent1W Skeevers wouldn't mind slaying you to this either I bet :P

  • @chiffmonkey Skeevers must fight what for what they believe in, and they believe in cheese, dark places, and pillows.

  • It's too short. :(

  • If Jack Wall, Jeremy Soule (The Wall of Sound and the Soule of Music together!) and Nick Phoenix collaborated to make an awesome track, this is what it would sound like. Goddamn you jdr, now I have to watch the Skyrim gameplay trailer and listen to your tracks every three hours instead of six.

  • Your best combat theme so far, epic, I want to play this when im in Skyrim xD

  • One of my favorites from the Skyrim collection.

  • Yeah, cool, but I think you can do a lot better.

First of all, the beginning needs more drum, especially more bassy drums. And maybe at 1:53 things like rototoms in a fast rythm, or more higher drums to give more punch.

The Elder Scrolls theme at 0;40 is cool, but not enough Skyrim, needs a men choir, but the one at 1:02 is really epic !

It needs more power generally. And more strings as well for the staccati, maybe you can add something like the symphobia's ones to give it more strengh !

  • Awesome.

  • You are amazing :) And this is epic. Please keep making them :) Could you perhaps combine morrowinds "Ambush" with a more Skyrim feel to it?

  • Phenomenal As Always!

  • DUDE, THIS IS AMANZING, THIS IS ART.... GOOD JOB!!!

  • loooove this one too!

    damn ur so talented! =)

    make more wonderful soundtrack!

  • These Skyrim tracks are the best

  • Duuuude, love that time signature! That rhythm is very engaging!

  • Keep surprising me with music like this, I might just have to send at least one of your music samples to Bethesda. Keep up the good work.
