tactikal, i'm glad to see how much effort you're putting into documenting everything! i enjoyed the courtroom antics, do you feel that you lose credibility in the courtroom if you start to get your point across in an aggressive fashion? Is there another way to calmly, say, trap them into certain situations? Marc Stevens uses this a lot. Perhaps you think that a full-out battle is the only way (ie. defence through offense) I wanna hear your thoughts.

There in no constitution in those courts bro... they are private courts in which, by agreeing and submission, your person is acted upon. The Charging Agent is an officer and a gentleman and would not waste the court's time with unfounded claims against your person, you are summarily judged guilty. You must control the Trust. Breach of public trust and Deprivation of rights under color of law/conspiracy to deprive rights. This is what I am studying now. I ran into the same brick wall here. They refuse to follow the laws they are supposed to uphold. They violate the public trust, you are the beneficiary, they the trustees. What a crook. I have a female judge here who acts the same way. most of the male judges here are responsive and throw out cases but there is one female, Judge Kathleen M. Lane., she will railroad right over you, deny due process, ignore the rules of procedure and evidence, and find you guilty. CROOKS. Sometimes the girls are the worst ones. Not sure why.
