pretty sure louisiana has it the worst. we live below sea level lol. i remember not going to school one week because it rained so hard once, that the water got so high in the school it fucked up a lot of computers and important files. everyone who was doing bad in school thought WOO HOO a fresh start, but they had back up disks and we were all like, fuck man!
Who says he didn't help him? The video ends only a couple seconds after it happens. He could have pulled over and thats why it stopped.
