  • I appreciate all prior comments made. The problem is more than just about people's feelings, or people being desperate, even though that's important too. The point here is to get an official notification from a respectable government instance as the States Department, and still wonder if they will not change their mind later on. It is about the saying in which most Americans are proud: "our words is our bound". Why didn't the DOS check the correctness of the results before making them public?

  • come on, you now have the chance to participate in a fair contest.

  • 90% of the lottery was an error. you did not win anything, you are just a bunch of desperate people who refuse to understand that they cannot be winners in a lottery with a 90% error in which millions of people who applied were not even counted.
