I love when crowds are this respectful and quiet and you can actually hear the beauty the artists are playing for you. I love Kevin and this song is one of my favorites.
Everything that Kevin makes is golden and he's one of the nicest people ever. It always just blows my mind every time I listen to his music to think that something so incredible can come from one person.
i'd say they're both good, but i do like the new album version better. if not for anything more than the voices in the background when he's talking about being in the real world and the hospital.
honestly, i just listened to it, and i feel disappointed. i really dig this version the most and i feel that he tweaked the new album version so much that it lost it's eerie unique quality. plus this one has so much more energy.
i love how this performance brings out the trapped, tortured, frustered, despondent side of kdev (especially at the end) that is often drowned out in a upbeat melodic song. the texture of irony of his music is wonderful.
