I doubt you can buy it, I found it twice and both times in either a treasure chest or a crate. If uve not explored Dark Ruins thoroughly then well there is a chest containing the item, dont remember the other source.

LOL! True. But I think it has more to do with Marcello just being older. I think he has strength and power that nobody knows he possesses. It would explain how he was the only one able to resist Rhapthorne's attempts to control him, and even possess the scepter himself for a while.

Dhoulmagus too if you think about it. Afterall, who's the first one he killed? Rylus, his old master. And if he was possesed by the scepter, why would he tell Alistair HIS name and not Rhapthorne's?

The reason he killed Rylus was because Rhapthorne wanted him too. After all, Rylus was one of the six sages that had to die in order to free rhapthorne. And remember, Jessica herself commented later that Rhapthorne was using Dhoulmagus just as he did her, taking control of their bodies and forcing them to carry out their will. Marcello is the only one who was able to resist Rhapthorne's influence.

True, but I still think he wasn't completely controled at first, and that part of Rylus was his own will. Besides you still did answer why you thought he might have said his own name to Alistair, I mean, it doesn't make sense!

Dhoulmagus was likely allowed some of his consciousness because he knew Rhapthorne was controlling him and didn't care; as long as he got the power he wanted. Unlike Jessica, whom Rhapthorne knew he wouldn't be able to control if she knew what she was doing, or Marcello, who's will was simply too strong for rhapthorne to overtake. Jessica herself stated that Rhapthorne was controlling herself and Dhoulmagus. And wikipedia states that Marcello was the only one who was strong enough to resist.

I see what you're saying now. Now you make yourself clear. Did you ever notice that Marcello hardly attacks his brother straight on? Maybe he does hate Angelo as much as everyone thinks, though other words and actions show different.

I think he does hate his brother, but not as much as he thinks he does. He hates his brother because it was for his brother's sake that he and his mother were treated so badly. After all, when Angelo was born, Marcello and his mom were tossed out onto the street where she later died, leaving him alone. I think Marcello is focusing on Angelo because the person he really hates, his father, isn't there to suffer Marcello's wrath.

I doubt it. The game was set up to where it was evident that Angelo needed the help of his other three more powerful friends to take on Marcello by himself. I doubt Angelo would be able to take Marc in a fair fight.
