I listened to this song when my boyfriend just dumped me.I kept crying and played that song over and over again ! I still get emotional when I hear this song !!
I have been listening to this song since the day the album was released. Simply put the lineup for this band was awesome. 3 guys and the sound is absolutely as full as it can get. The funny thing is that no one gives the bass player any credit. For those of you who do not know it is Tony Franklin who played with Jimmy page in The Firm. The 3 of them together are phenominal. And anyone who doesn't think John is one of the best in the business is a fool. Joey Brown
It makes me mad when people (mostly the Whitesnake fans) say John Sykes can not sing. His voice is very heart felt and he knows what he can and can not do. I think his singing is great, but it's the guitar playing that does his singing for him.
And if anyone STILL disagrees with what I have stated, I challenge you to play as great as John Sykes and sing that good at the same time.
