  • It is not discriminatory, no one is turned away. It is a fair pinpointed 2 what Co. are looking for. Nothing is being suggested, U R assuming. Right ...discrimination is not dead. In 2007 people still discriminate based on color, culture, sex, race. THAT is the world we live in. A few of us can see past that, convincing the rest of the world is a task that we all ll have to work on.

  • For this event to deny it's career assistence to people just because they don't happen to be latino is terribly discriminatory. Who said racial discrimination is dead.

  • Please listen carefully to the opening... Career fairs have become more tailored to what companies are looking for. This is not 'discrimination' more like diversification.

  • Well Digna, you took that comment very well I must say. Kudos to you. You seem to be suggesting that there are other career fairs that similarly discriminate with different racial favoritisms. If I start a bus company that requires all black riders to sit in the back, does saying "There may well be other bus companies that require whites to sit in the back" make it alright?
