Hey Jeremy, it's the Lime Popsicle. I've been playing Kid Kool for about an hour a half now and I've only gotten to 2-1. This game is so difficult. I don't know how you beat it!

This is just like Sega's DecapAttack (one of my favorite Genesis games), Psycho Fox, or even Magical Hat Buttobi Tai Bo Daibouken. They all have this in common.... They were all developed by Vic Tokai!

I never played this game before but I read about it in a Nintendo magazine. It is sort of similar to Super Mario Bros.

yea, it's very similar to mario bros and a lot of other side scrollers, but it does have some original ideas that makes it worth playing

yea, it was definitly influenced by mario and adventure island but i must say the game had quite a bit of original concepts so i feel the creators did put a lot of effort into it (unlike a lot of the generic side scrollers that came out back then)

As dorky and frustrating this game was, I definitely think this game was under-rated and over-looked for the reasons you mentioned. Adventure Island sucks compared to this game.
