America needs more than a leader; Hitler and Stalin were leaders, and I think we all agree that alone doesn't make them good. Either way however, what America needs isn't a person of any kind- what America needs is political parties that are more interested in improving their country than they are in improving their poll ratings.
It would also help if news channels didn't put incompetent morons like Glen Beck on a pedestal.

Coakley cooked her own goose by taking for granted the base of Democratic voters--African-Americans. Even before her bid for the Senate seat, she never had any relationship with the black community. Presumably believing that Ted Kennedy's strong support in the black community was going to carry over to her campaign, Coakley didn't bother reach out to blacks, not even getting support for health care reform, the last issue Kennedy championed in office.
I love it! Democrats are having a mass case of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder today, blame everyone but themselves for their huge loss. Chris Matthews looked so downcast, I almost felt sorry for him. Almost.
I get that politicians like to crack jokes after victories, but that guy isn't going to be winning Father of the Year anytime soon. If anything this victory for Brown helps the Democrats, because they clearly have the votes to pass any bill they want - unfortunately, support for their agenda isn't exactly at an all time high, so they need a strong GOP opposition to blame if bills aren't passed. That's how politics works.
I wonder how many boners were popped in the crowd.
