i think it's a song about love and death. he opens up with "heaven's waiting for you" as if someone is dying and going to someone. but then he says "i'll sacrifice this world to hold you" as if he loves the woman who just died or is dying. hope this helps. ^_^

This song is about both death and, well, birth...this song was influenced by the bassist experience (Jay) during last year...His father died one day, and the next day his daughter was born...the death part is for his father, the love is for his daughter...
