  • the lick in the chorus on the a string is wrong on the diagram...each note is a fret higher.

  • Whats the point of this lesson???!!! Its too fast, you shouldve slowed down much when you show things just in case you aint showing this to Joe Satriani players like only...;((( Pffftt, pointless!

  • Thanks man, best lesson I've seen in a while..Now I know I'm screwed, practice time for me just doubled.

Do you always play this a step down or was it just for the lesson ?

  • @patrickteto

I think thats how the actual song is played.

  • @piecrust8 I was just asking because I'm a true beginner and would really enjoy to rip this one out.

Do you have any more lessons posted ?

  • @patrickteto

  • Thank you for sharing this man, just awesome...

  • @patrickteto most VH songs from the David years are a half step down, except hot for teacher and some of top jimmy etc.

  • Amazing lesson...

  • Wow. Very detailed

  • super good! thanks! it'll def help me out.

  • awesome!!! - post more! and occasionally show the quicker parts in 1/2 speed (or so)

  • what are the settings on the line 6

  • Nice job man. If you don't mind me asking, what amp / effects are you using? That's an excellent tone.

  • @LEGstudios

I am actually using a amplifier simulator called Amplitube 3, which is a software. My actually amplifier is a 75 Watt Line 6 Spider IV which get a similar tone. I used the software so it sounds clearer in the video.

  • @piecrust8 What settings are you using in your line 6 spider? I have literally that exact same amp and have never been able to find a brown sound that good.

  • @xxFortunadoxx

    I'm not using my amplifier.

  • @piecrust8 You're literally just using amplitube?

  • @xxFortunadoxx

    Yeah. :\

  • @piecrust8 Wow. That's impressively close to the brown sound. Very nice.

  • lolwut? You play guitar??

  • that was good.

  • Multitalented.

  • Lol nice.
