Do you want to know why no information has not been released about this? Because there is nothing remotely extraterrestial about it. It is clearly a helicopter. Take a good look at the photo from :36-:38 seconds. Notice how the buildings on the edge of the photo have a blurry, transparent look to them. Whomever took the photo had the camera set to a long exposure. Now imagine a helicopter with the spotlight on. It even caught the flashing red lights that usually are mounted on helicopters.
