i think this model would have looked better with chrome wheels imho,i might have bought this instead of the r/t road and track,redline red,but i love my red charger!!i and i got every option except the block heater,im more proud of this car than when i was 17 when i bought my first 77 trans am. one test drive in the charger with the hemi and u will be hooked!!!

@KhidFresh It doesn't lock if you turn the car off and get out and try to lock it if the fob is left in. It WILL lock if its running and you try to lock it. Its a anti lock out feature. Just in case if it slips out your pocket of something.

@KhidFresh i have this car dont listen to @khidfresh you can set the car to lock at 15mph or above and unlock when you put the car in park and you can set the doors to unlock when you pull the driver door handle. you can lock the car by the lock button on the door. but you cant lock the car with the key in it using the keyless entry

My 2008 Dodge Charger SRT-8 is still faster stock than this RT I think thats the only mistake dodge made, not dropping in the 6.1 liter Hemi in the RT and of course the 2012 SRT-8 with it's 6.4 Liter Hemi

Thats a badass car, I love the Mopar theme. I think the strut bracing in the trunk and under the hood is one of my favorite things about the car, just a cool factor. Also love that pistol grip shift handle, very retro.

@Stet17 Ok I get what you are saying. Yeah that would be nice, but the 5 speed auto is better than what most people give it credit for. The one in my 06 Chrylser 300c is very smooth. But if you like the sportiness of shifting that should be something that Chrysler should come out with.

Kyle, I have a question about the smart key. Lets say that someone is after you, so you hop in your car and lock the door. If it is impossible to lock your keys inside your car, wont it also be possible for the person chasing you to open your door when it is locked? And wont the smart key be useless unless you are far away with the key and the car is locked?

@cliffdehviet If you are sitting in the car and you lock it and you have the key nobody from the outside can unlock the car. You have to have the key on you.. it won't unlock if somebody on the outside is trying to open the door. Smartkeys are the best thing ever! I haven't take my key out of my pocket in 3 years! lol
