I was never a fan of the band, as was, primarily because of their two hit singles which were played to death on Radio Aire back in the day. Since reading of the new album I've listened to Once Around The World's title track and This Is England from The Tall Ships and it sounds like a totally different band. Wish they'd made that sound their calling card rather than the novelty records of before. Bit like Marillion in reverse having the good stuff after the tat.
@xXlemonXcurryXx The guy on bass is Nathan King, younger brother of Level 42's Mark King. Nathan's also L42's current guitarist. He's been playing with them since the early '90s. Cheers! :)

Magical.
Cannot wait for the new album. The Tall Ships is in my opinion the finest album released in the last decade.
