I'm using a VR google (z800) for simulations, mainly FSX, but I'm thinking of changin to a DLP projector because of the little field of view of the z800. Seems quite impressive in the big screen.
Yeah some people can't tolerate forced changes to their spatial perception. Something about their brain not being able to meld different information from each eye which is what creates 3D. Similar to allergies, you might have a few you react to, I have none.
Works ok.

Hey there. Nice vid. Where abouts do you put the TrackIR receiver if you're using a projector? Can you put it on the floor or something?

Nice idea, but the clarity is grainy and the anaglyphic parallax too wide, creating ghosting and eye strain.
