it looks very unfresh. just think of all the dough just sitting there all day. its a cool idea but maybe its not the best one.

Why exactly would you put this in Italy?

I am surprised that the machine makes it's own crust. I figured they would have pre-prepared frozen pizzas (makes more sense) that get heated up.

This machine has been mainly designed for the foreign market, not for Italy.

Indeed, here in Italy, you'll found these machines mainly in airports and railway stations (where the tourists go).

An Italian wouldn't buy a pizza from this machine, except than for curiosity.
