I'd say that'd be a good argument for wearing diapers. No one, no matter how healthy one is, or how smart he/she is, can hold his pee indefinitely and needs to let loose eventually. And if a toilet is not available, either you're on a long road trip or you're in a place where you don't know where the toilets are, then I'd say wear diapers, use them, and change into some clean diapers whenever you can.
