brother!!! please lean to breed, never go down empty, inhale as you are going to let weight down ans exhale as you press or in this case as you pull. check out my videos and let me know what do you think. take care and best of luck to you.
I wish i had a backyard...i will deff just purchase few weights and stuff and do it there...way better then a gym filled with people & having to wait..Grr
i train in my back yard too and jus like you i have my dogs runnin wild lol. but in my case its 3 crazy ass rottweilers lol. good laugh tho between sets i must say
hey ozzie good form. you use your back, not leg drive to move the weight. the angle of your back is b/t parallel and 30 degrees above parallel. I train at home too. great demo!
i've watched about 6-8 other vids of "meatheads" using more weight however they are cheating, jerking the bar when they pull, standing upright, and using their leg drive to get the weight up.
well, didn't mean replacement, but meant to say if you can't go to a gym, this is what can be done to do the t-bar row. i guess i should've explained it a bit better.
Thanks for tip, though video is a bit old

ozzie136:
That looks like a backyard gym that you have set up.....
Do you have any problem with the weight plates rusting or do you carry them in when you are done working out?
I am thinking of setting up something outside for my workouts this summer.
