hm ... I think Remilia, Sakuya, and Cirno are underpowered some .... Remilia is probably the only one of them that can actually take Flan on, but not sure about beat her, but get close to at the least .... for Sakuya .... where's her time stop ability?!! and Cirno is actually extremely strong, but not very bright.
